All of our nannies are briefed and queried on their child rearing skills during the screening and interviewing process. We also require that nannies read through our tips manual (Tips for Nannies) which includes some very basic health and safety refresher child care tips so that every nanny is in the know.

Housekeeping & House Manager Training
Although our housekeepers, house managers, and "couple" do it all teams" often come to us with years of seasoned experience in running fine homes, we still give them a special briefing on cleaning products & the care of higher ended delicates such as fine china, crystal, costly antiques, fabrics, laundry (colors & whites), silver & brass, special stainless steel kitchen appliances & various countertops- granite, marble, etc, as well as how to maintain precious flooring surfaces such as limestone, marble, fine woods including finicky waxed woods. We also meal planning ideas for healthy heart- smart non -fried low fat dishes i.e. grilling, broiling, baking lean meats without added fat. In order to insure your candidate's smooth transition into the home, we'll serve one- on one with you as your liaison throughout your candidates initial orientation process and beyond. We'll be glad to aid in helping your new employee clearly understand any and all specific tasks, personal requests, or standards you require of them. Once situated on the job, we're still there for you. We will continue to council you with any issues that come up throughout the entire relationship. Upon request we can make special arrangements for an actual hands on site training and orientation in which we acquaint your candidate with the right products and protocol to use in cleaning.
